Tren read the notes to the accounts in annual report on the basis of property/building valuations.
If SGR looses its license then there is a high probability of a futher writedown in property/building valuations (notice they had a write down last year!!!)
For the liabilities side, understatement could well occur by the time all the class actions, fines, penalties etc have been added together.
Again read the notes to the accounts.
