What about explorers nearing production being conservatively priced right now due to the inherent speculative risk? I noticed in a few broker reports for such companies, conservative, rather than optimistic, figures are used in valuations. It appears to me, that in terms of share price, very few if any are actually close to such valuations. What will happen once/if the probability of actual viable production becomes a greater probability?
The short term, ie till the end of year, still looks ok to me.
