Outgoing longwave radiation

Messing around tonight with some datasets and excel.  particular outgoing longwave radiation and sunspots

A google then led me somewhere else where an article was really interesting and raised interesting points.  Obviously i had downloaded OLR and notice increasing OLR data coming through.  this is at odds with GHG theory.  Well in my opinion anyway.

    In short.
The Warmies theory is that the  earths outgoing energy (infrared) gets trapped by Co2 in the troposphere and adds to GHG's.
    AKA  positive feedbacks.

So if our outgoing longwave radiation is getting trapped by Co2 and positive feedbacks are adding to temperature then surely our OUTGOING LONGWAVE RADIATION picked up by satellites should be decreasing.

It just does not look like that when looking at OLR.  It has been increasing.

So i am actively seeking an opinion from the warmies to explain.
Not as to prove a point but to help explain this phenomenon as i honestly was not expecting this.
i am sure there is a simple explanation.
