Just speculation for now.
The offtake may see a partnership with a buyer in Asia who is interested with PB copper concentrates as well.
Some offtake deals have a big advancement which enables a project to get the necessary funds to commence construction. Perhaps such a deal will plug the gap of waiting a few years for AN to properly fund PB.
