The changing of the terms does not instill confidence and I can see why the shareprice is going backwards and will no doubt hit the raising price.
I see the Rights options are down 57% today. Also agree with comments reharding the AUZ deal.
I'm thinking the structure has been changed because they don't have that government approval box ticked in the presentation. Where's the offtake deal ? I can not see it in the presentation. They still have to negotiate with the traditional owners as an added bonus.
What else am I missing ?
