MUS still needs to upgrade their plant as the rotary pans are not the best way to seperate the rubies from rubbish and some rubies are missed.
MUS has to reconsider how it is collecting the material for processing as though primary has more rubbish it also has larger stones and a lot more stones.
If you look at GEMS auctions they have a lot of rubbish in some auctions which they know are not worth much but this is just sold into the abrasive industry as larger sized lots to help cover costs.
Just think of any other industry what do they do. They try to make money our of every part.
Just take the chicken industry. They process the chickens they sell a lot of necks and feet to the pet food industry. and the rest go into the wast feathers and offal which is then processed back into chook food (Layer and chicken mash) though the offal is cheap to sell go and buy chook food. The water from the processing plants is normally place through filtering and sprayed onto crops of cattle feed and even the rubbish being filtered in the water is returned back to the offal so all parts are not wasted and this is what GEM does and something MUS must consider doing if it wants to grow into a international gem wholesaler.

Correct they do have rubbish but the market is less likely to be picky on then. However, MUS is the new boy on the block a lot of expectation is on their shoulder. Ask yourself this: No matter what industry you in... When you already have a supplier and a new supplier comes up... Yes, you would be interested to look. But once you have a look and the new supplier doesn't have something that blow you away. the first reaction from the buyer is you are wasting their time and not wroth the switch.
