This query was regarding the current BB which is not off market. Not sure why a seller of any kind is an issue when it comes to a BB though? The main aim is to reduce the shares outstanding so the cheaper that can be done the better it is for shareholders in the long run. Selling/buying pressure won't be noticed either given it is off market.
