With respect to the arguments about exploration target rules, appraisal rules, material change and ASX compliance...

FAR have stated they will release the results at total depth (which is when we should expect logs will be run, someone else has posted). I expect they are beholden to the JV, and unless the JV (read CNE as operator I suppose) announce any upper Bellatrix indications earlier, that is when we will hear from them. That's my interpretation as per their response in the other thread.

From the ASX material change point of view, and this is pure speculation, I suppose FAR could argue that the release by the operator was the first time they became aware (with reasonable certainty) that the results were .... whatever they turn out to be.
