Using only the figures you highlighted, it indicates that the partially-vaccinated are far more likely to be admitted to hospital for (with?) covid than the unvaccinated, given that 5% of the population hasn't had any jabs but only 1% of those admitted to hospital were unvaccinated.
It also suggests (fairly thinly) that those rare unvaccinated who do get sick enough from (with?) covid to be admitted to hospital were so close to their expiry date to begin with that they just die. Perhaps that's the reason they couldn't get a needle in the first place.
