Anyway, there were alot of supporters of GTG when we were discussing the merits of its patent, but interestingly no-one has any comments regarding impending litigation.
I therefore took the liberty of finding out the information myself. So for those who are interested, the documents have not yet been served on the three US companies as negotiations are still underway. However, by the end of this month we should know who the companies are and whether litigation will proceed as the time limit for issuing the documentations is close at hand.
I think if settlements are made, then it will be interesting to see what sort of monetary reward is apparent for GTG, considering they are large US bio companies. If settlements are not made, and litigation proceeds, then this is an indication that the US companies believe they can win a courtcase, and may be a minus for GTG.
I personally hope settlements are made, because if they are, then this I believe will alleviate any risk, investor-perceived or otherwise.
End of the month may be a telling point in GTGs life.
