At the end of the day, memories fade and we tend to blame the delays on lack of PR. That's normal for holders because by blaming bad PR we don't want to delve any deeper into other causes.
The fundamental underlying issue is that AVB has failed to deliver in the time frames as promised. The major concern is that we are not talking about a few weeks or months, we are talking about many quarters and we are not talking about one or two milestones. We are talking about many milestones over many years.
IMO, to continuously miss promised timelines is not a PR issue.
The most recent missed milestone, the delay in finance approval is probably directly caused by BV but, and this is big but, the entire accountability for this delay rests with AVB.
Let AVB get on with the job some will say. AVB management work hard some will say. AVB have experienced and dedicated people some will say.
IMO this is a cop out by people who want to bury their heads in the sand and hope for the best.
