Interesting week ....the blue chips tumbling. Com bank down 14 % in a month. Interest rates down...no good if your counting on income from deposits. Over heated property market.
Maybe...just maybe we will see investors looking for specs with good growth potential.
AVB certainly ticks the boxes. All the hoops have been jumped now (JORC, ML, FIN). Construction has started and the demand thus price for the product on the increase.
May have to re-access my position!
