Who will sign the UN migration compact?

The Global Compact for Safe Orderly and Regular Migration is set to be signed at a UN meeting in Morocco in December.
But who will sign it?
Which countries of a Christian cultural heritage will commit themselves to an Islamic tidal wave?
Merkel (if she is still there, her party conference is in December) & Macron certainly.

The US, Poland and Hungary won't sign it.
