Wyoming is now ranked 2nd out of 71 jurisdictions around the world as far as best places to mine in. According to The Fraser Institute Annual Survey of Mining Companies 2008/2009.

Even all the mining companies agree that Wyoming is the place to be.

I know last year, that wyoming had moved up to 8th position in 2007/2008

This is another good read, here's a snippet of what they think of mining in Wyoming,

'Wyoming has been on a dramatic path of improvement, moving into number 2 spot this year from 22nd place as recently as the 2005/2006 survey.'

I love it when someone throughs something at you, and you can counter it with something like this survey.
