The Company’s primary focus is the 100%-owned Katanning Gold Project (KGP), which covers approximately 4,000 square kilometers of the underexplored Katanning greenstone belt in south-western Western Australia. KGP is located about 275 kilometers (km) south-east of Perth and approximately 40 km north-east of the town of Katanning in southwest Western Australia. Its portfolio projects include the Doolgunna Station Project, Cracow Project, and Yamarna Project. The Doolgunna Station Project is located about 150 km north-east of Meekatharra in Western Australia’s Bryah Basin. The project comprises E52/3031 covering about 192 square kilometers. Ausgold holds a 100% interest in the Cracow Project covering approximately 202 square kilometers in the Cracow region. The Yamarna Project is located approximately 125 km north-east of Laverton in central Western Australia on Exploration Licenses E38/2129 and ELA 38/3311.More
