The Company is focused on targeting portfolio of investments, primarily listed companies. It may invest primarily in international and Australian securities that are quoted for trading on a financial market, as well as some unquoted securities. It may also hold cash or cash equivalents and use Derivatives and other financial instruments. Their investment parameter for the portfolio includes 30% to 98% in listed international equities; up to 20% in listed Australian equities; 2% to 50% in cash; at the time of acquisition, a maximum weighting of 15% for any one security; and not more than 20% of the portfolio to comprise unlisted securities, measured at the time of the latest acquisition of unlisted securities.
