It seeks to achieve this objective by investing directly in KKR Lending Partners Europe II (Euro) Unlevered SCSp (EDL Euro Fund) and in a profit participating note issued by KKR Global Credit Opportunities Access Fund L.P. (the Access Fund). It seeks to deliver investors with a medium-term average total return of 6% to 8% per annum through the market cycle. It invests in various sectors, including industrials, information, technology, consumer discretionary, financials, communication services, health care, consumer staples and others.
