The principal activities of the Company are the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of potash resources in the Republic of Kazakhstan to supply fertilizer products to the Chinese market and the domestic Kazakhstan market. Its Zhilyanskoye Project is located in northwestern Kazakhstan approximately 10 kilometers southwest of the city of Aktobe. The Zhilyanskoye Project has a total of approximately 119.8 million metric tons of mineral resources containing sylvinite mineralization and a total of approximately 987.7 metric tons of mineral resources containing polyhalite mineralization. The Company's other assets include the Chelkar Project. The Chelkar project is located approximately 100 kilometers south of the administrative center of Uralsk in the northwestern Kazakhstan. The deposit is secured by a sub soil license covering an area of approximately 779 square kilometers.More
