The Company's principal assets are located in Newfoundland and Labrador (Newfoundland), Canada. The Company’s projects include Cape Ray Gold Project and Hermitage Project. The Cape Ray Gold Project covers approximately 120 kilometers (km) of strike along the highly prospective and underexplored Cape Ray Shear, located in Newfoundland, Canada. The project hosts a resource of 837,000 ounces (oz) of gold (Au) at 2g/t Au, across four deposits, all of which are within 15 km of strike. The Hermitage Project covers approximately 27 km of continuous strike length along the Hermitage Flexure, a crustal-scale structure that is a splay off the main Cape Ray Shear Zone. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Matador Canada Pty Ltd and Cape Ray Mining Limited.More
