The Company is focused on the development and commercialization of its lead product candidate, the OncoSil localized radiation therapy for the treatment of pancreatic and distal cholangiocarcinoma. The Company has developed a cancer treatment device, the OncoSil brachytherapy device, which is a critical component of a brachytherapy treatment for locally advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer. The OncoSil device delivers a targeted intratumoral placement of Phosphorous-32 (32P) in the treatment of locally advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer. The OncoSil device has received a device designation in the European Union, United Kingdom and United States for the treatment of locally advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer in combination with chemotherapy.More
