The Trust’s investment strategy is to access a diversified portfolio of private global debt investment through active origination, portfolio construction and risk management. The strategy is implemented by dynamic allocating investment across the three distinct private debt strategies, the first lean loan strategy, which will be represent 60-100% of Gross Assets Value (GAV); the second lean and subordinated loan strategy, which will be represent 0-20% of GAV; and the special situations strategy, which will be represent 0-25% of GAV.
