Its properties include 150 Motor parkway, 300 Motor Parkway, 35 Pinelawn Road and 6900 Jerico Tumpike, which are located in Long Island; 492 River Road, 100 Executive Drive and 10 Rooney Circle, which are located in Northern New Jersey; 660 White Plains Road, 580 White Plains Road and 80 Grasslands Road, which are located in Westchester County, and 710 Bridgeport Avenue, which is located in Fairfield County.More
