The Company has the Murchison Technology Metals Project (MTMP), which is located in Western Australia that comprises the Gabanintha and Yarrabubba Vanadium Projects. The Gabanintha Vanadium Project is located approximately 30 kilometers south of Meekatharra in a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction of Western Australia. The Gabanintha deposit contains over 5.5 kilometers of strike length of high-grade mineralization within a layered gabbro. The Gabanintha Vanadium Project forms the core of the Murchison Technology Metals Project, representing the mineral resource and the site of the proposed processing plant and associated infrastructure. The Yarrabubba Vanadium Project is located approximately 50 kilometers south of Meekatharra (over 20 kilometers south of Gabanintha) in Western Australia. The Yarrabubba Vanadium Project is a satellite deposit of the Murchison Technology Metals Project (MTMP). More
