Thanks trees,
I think we are all getting too serious about things that we cannot change -when a bit of humour will have the same effect but at least we might have a bit of a chuckle. Some of the posters here are becoming apoplectic -which is not healthy.
There is no doubt in my mind that if we had not seen the winding down of world markets over the last four months, we would already have our JV.
Just as governments don't allow motorcycle riders to ride without helmets, to GGP can't tell us the details of the JV negotiations ...because it may cause injury to the company if confidentiality with potential partners is breached.
GGP has now advised on several occasions that we are in JV discussions with others ...I believe them.
Hey Famoso ...long time ...I guess you realise that as you thought the SP might hit 17c (which you said was likely because it was the Cap Raising price), doesn't this mean that you were were also wrong when we hit 12c, just that we were wronger than you. No harm intended :)
Talking of SP stability, I hope the bosses will consider rolling over the oppies for a few years (as has been done elsewhere) with payment of a reasonable fee.
Cheers, sirjohnnyboy ...my ramblings are all my humble opinion, please DYOR.
