one might ask a question:
if they had so much more work to do on the SEYCHELLES Prospects why go out and tout for a JVP..????
seems like they were a little premature if you ask me.
if you are not ready, then sit tight get the work done then seek the best JVP..
basically they jumped the gun, lead shareholders up the garden path. investors were hoping for an announcement early 2012. pretty pathetic when you read some of the dribble in December Quarterly.
