Ultimately the market will place a valuation on the price/earnings ratio of the company, once there is a proven product and revenue stream.
The share price will reflect that P/E valuation, divided by the number of shares issued, regardless of what that number is.
Strictly for illustration purposes only,if forward earnings estimates are, say $300m and a very conservative P/E for a bio med is 10-12 times earnings, the market cap is north of $3b and share price on 1 bill shares issued is $3.00 or thereabouts.
Not saying that will happen, but that is the modelling works in principle.
