I am sure hillary would welcome his elevation to UN sec gen as it would might help her chances if she decided to run in 2008, and he might welcome it as a chance to rebuild his reputation somehat and maybe even establish a predential legacy, but I doubt that with his dubious record re corruption and selling favours from public office that it will really result in a much better position than with have with Kofi.
