The market is an interesting place.
IGR finished today with market cap of 456 Million v's our approx 230 Million. The question I ask myself is if we produce 130 K ounces at 900 AUD PO and IGR produce 90K ounces is their cost more than 50% less than ours . The answer is I doubt it.
( OK don't cane me on reserves or resources I didn't check)
SAR is undervalued. I've been buying below 40 cents and believe that others as today's announcement suggests also believe it is cheap.
where will gold prices goes also affects high cost producers but gold prices would need to decline by 40% to make this baby smell bad.( not manage costs) In the current environment of low interest rates and central banks looking to diversify form USD IOU's its seems that gold whilst likely to swing around is a good bet.
