I wouldn't mind a 60/40 LCY/HAW split in a spin off.
Only condition is that the HAW directors get shares only & No Board seats, having said that they could be handy to hang onto for the future for their legal expertise & no use torching them for no reason...
I am sure they would come in handy when KFC & Shazza float LLM....Legacy Lifestyle Marine....
