Did any of you ever stop to think that the transfer was simply someone transferring their shares from one entity that they own to another - for tax purposes.
Perhaps they transferred it into their super fund. Perhaps they transferred it to another 100% owned entity that had tax losses.
In either case, no change of ownership.
