If any of the above 5 are not met then the SP is not going anywhere, but down Why you would think that these are going to increase the market cap to 2 or 3 B is wishful thinking.
There needs to be profit, and on a large scale to justify the current SP. Give me $150m bottom line profit and yes the SP may go up a little, to maybe $1.20 based on fundamentals and not rocket fuel.
