Terry, indefinately. NKP had a lengthy one about a year back...lasted a few months. PLV is currently in suspension, extension after extension. Other companies never come out of it. Many get recapitalised.
We should fall into neither of the above. We aren't massively in debt especially at the parent entity level. So worst case you cut the subsiduary off and live another day.
Ideally you try avoid that. You remain suspended until you either sell Murchison or find funding.
