I too have been in for a few years and doubled a year ago...many ups and downs.

A lot of people have sucessfully followed Yeats and several others of the "Adelaide Mafia" But you can't be too young if you remember the last time!

Fact is, most of this ground was set up by by ledgends in the exploration game. WA has Creasy et al, SA has Yeats et al. One of the key differences today is that SA has the advantage (at leasst for the investor) with its user friendly data base. In WA, one has to wait for the West Perth Mafia to get set before their dept will even consider putting up 5 year old data! LOL!

OK, I exaggerate! But Its great when you can DYOR and readily check up all results.

The Alford is no fluke...we've know for years that there is both oxide and sulphide Cu pretty much throughout the region. But it is very interesting the chalco and its thicknesss. Albeit in only a few holes.

But I've never seen ADN rip the hell out of superlatives before. Other posters have noted their conservatism. I concur. So either CD is very, very excited or is prepared to slash his rep. I dont think the latter is a goer. So he must have an 'inkling' of other results yet to come back from the lab. I'm sure he or other geos have sniffed those holes to the east...he wouldn't say 'atleast 300m' otherwise.

Others have noted caution on secondary enrichment results. Very prudent. But its not often you see 20m @ 4% without some meaningful sulphides somewhere in attendance.

I backed ADN because I thought their CU play in the Peninsular had a great chance of emulating RXM. But if these guys have a chalco blanket, the economic metrics could be much better.

The more I think about it, I now regret selling 20% of my holding at 17c!
