"There are a lot of sellers lining up"
There been lots of sellers lining up for years, what's new? Just that they are now lining up at 2/10th of a cent.
Soon they will probably be lining up at 20c all the way back down to 2c again.
Then after a couple more consolidations (if liquidation doesn't come first) you'll find yourself holding a few thousand shares and the SP having to break $36 just to break even.
