The only thing against this logic is that the deposit is so close to Iluka's other tenements and they are already in JV with them. It would be more likely another mineral sands player could use them to buy in to the Eucla and zircon market, but even then they would have to deal with ILU. I think it is people recognising the potential value of this deposit and taking a punt. There are other companies in the the area which are pretty good value at the moment based on the data in the scientific article I posted the link to earlier and tenement positions - do your research.
