You make it sound that mothballing the mine is a simple job. It isnt and ir would cost a fortune. And without sales, it would be totally game over with the bonhokders.
As for the capex, they are not saying its optional, but that its necessary. There is a big difference. If you are pinning your hopes on that, you are deluding yourself.
Unfortunately, the announcement basically says " Would the last shareholder out kindly turn out the lights".
