You'll actually find that all three parties involved in the well have to agree to the release of an ann.
ENI don't need to keep market abreast on drilling activities on an exploration well. I don't think you would expect Woodside to pump out ann every fortnight about drilling activity updates.
Yes there have been delays, but anyone watching typhoons ripping across the SE Asian region would have expected some delays.
I personally don't think mgt need to keep us updated to the ength degree. It takes time to draft an ann, and market ann are used to report something material to the shareholders.
An ann update stating how many meters they have drilled is not material to the sp. It becomes material once they have confirmed flow rates etc. But not before.
