Unicrumba, companies guard their off-take details very closely. The other graphite company that just pipped KNL to the post in terms of being the first of it's kind to sign a graphite off-take was Focus Graphite (announced 19th Dec, so they just beat KNL by a day or so) also doesn't announce who the buyer is, apart from vague references.
"The specific terms of the agreement, including pricing and renewal rights, are confidential for competitive reasons."
