The Co Obtaining Money/funds IMO from a "CAYMAN" Island based Company is a very interesting proposition / place to borrow money from for mining interests/developments purposes...MIZ must have been extremely desperate to get what they could no matter where it came from.
maybe that Cayman Island Co will offer to buy the rest of gold that MIZ produces at say US$2,000 /oz (forward hedging).... it would be a nice way for that Co to keep the money moving/circulating around...if you know what I mean !!!.
