what to do with the egm, page-11

I'm a latecomer here - I picked up some AZZ after the LS news was announced recently. However, upon following some great discussion on this thread and reading the LS material, it's clear as daylight that the Chairmen and board are useless in every sense of the word. We need new blood on the board. I agree that 5 directors is pushing it a bit, but 3 would be great.

The directors need to understand that they are working for shareholders, not the other way around. Surely most holders will be happy to support LS in their endeavours. All they want is to make money, and that's all I want too.

It's about time US activist investors shook things up down here. The boards/management in so many ASX explorers have ripped us off for way too long!
