oil * 10 more days ** so what?? Oil production is meant to be commencing soon?

So isn't HDR meant to be soaring now IN ANTICIPATION of all those OIL DOLLARS?

So what's the problem?

HDR was over $2.40 in August 2004 and since then the XEJ index has gone through the roof as energy stocks soared.

HDR's partner, WPL has risen from $18.70 to over $43.00 - currently $43.45. But HDR has fallen from over $2.40 and is now just $1.84.

Are we all going to still remain loyal to HDR?
