    WA is a safe bet, I think we'll continue to see house prices rise here.
    I've heard there is a series of large mining projects starting this year .
    If interest rates drop house prices will rise Australia wide.
    Construction in WA is slow and unemployment may go down here if those mining projects kick off which should make rent increase.
