Finance delay makes no sense, page-52

The sp got to 11.5 OK. From a base of around 10 cents from memory and has since fallen back to the 7's.
I argue that to a degree fin is factored in. Ask yourself why would people hold shares now if they did not think fin was a given? Sure there will be a spike but then profit taking will cause a retrace. Will settle to below 10 cents (again). This is when having 1.6 BILLION shares hurts.
All my opinion of course.
