IMO the order of things is the Stock market crashes first then property market crashes...
China is in a bad place now and Australians can't rely on Chinese overpaying for Aussie houses indefinitely. Unfortunately the average Australians getting into these million dollar mortgages are going to burnt when people start losing jobs in Australia.
