One must also realize the directors must continually grow the company and relative market cap/share price year on year to receive these performance shares? Not bad if they can grow the company year on year providing dividends and share price growth to holders in a uncertain market?
If they can increase revenue/npat and inturn increase the divi then by all means give them performance shares.
