The first ANN we see will be the TH. While in Halt there will be a series of other ANN's including the Deal, Sale Dilution, Consolidation, Name/Code Change and other Spruiking like new Asian and Oz street light contracts.

It will only be after a few days (weeks?) that we get to trade our new shares (GRD, GCM, or whatever), perhaps already in consolidated form (i.e 1/10).

Then we will see if our 20c shares (that we originally paid somewhere between 11-43 cents for) rocket to 50c, a buck or more.

Are you sure? They will surely announce the deal is done first and then a timetable for what you describe above? Plenty of time to trade in between. I'm out at 5c if it ever gets there and best of luck to everyone else who stays the course.
