thanks for the repost - I agree that it is representative of my method (the scientific method, rather than faith).

I establish an hypothesis, and then critically test it, from both a positive and negative point of view. If you have really read all my posts you will see that I routinely ask questions, and where I do draw a conclusion it is supported by reasoning and evidence. Where things are unknown, I acknowledge the unknown.

I also employ confrontation as a method. That is confrontation of ideas rather than that of people. I will state a proposition, with strength, and an invitation for others on an open forum to enter debate and provide contrary conclusions and evidence.

I retain an open mind, keep researching, and asking questions - I can be convinced. I am still very much in the hypothesis testing phase.

I try and rely on neither luck nor faith.

May all the researchers and critical thinkers make well founded (and profitable) decisions.
