I actually thought you were fairly intelligent Akro, but your comments on this thread are in contradiction!
Say I have 100,000 LOMOB at an average of 10c - $10,000
If I do not convert these I would be out of pocket $10,000.
If I convert them at 30c then I have outlayed $40,000, but I now own 100,000 shares which at the current SP is worth $35,500. Out of pocket $4,500.
I'm pretty sure I'm better off exercising my options!
