Well MIE is selling its holding?
If that is the case then SEH should have first rights to match the offer but SEH doesn't have enough cash depending on the value of the sale
So what's the sale price?
As MIE has 51% a sale of AUD 150 would give a see though value to SEH of its current market capitalisation.
Let's hope it much higher
