I personally think $1300 will not be breached that easy, Lehman Banking failure was on September 15, 2008. The similarities to the way it traded before the event are so similar to today it isn't funny. It spiked then went sideways for ages until the event in September before a huge spike again of around $300 USD.

I'm thinking a black swan event is the game changer here, when exactly is anyones guess.
